FAQ's

What do you need to know about our system?

  1. How Do I Order Clips?

    • To purchase one or many clips from our storefront you first need to select a store that has your particular video clip type. Once you have located that store, click on the add to cart button under each video clip you want to purchase. After you are finished you can go to the top of the page and click the check out  button or view cart to see what you have chosen to order.

  2. How Long Does a Download Take?

    • Each download time will be different based on the size of the video clip you have ordered. If you are using a high speed connection a 100MB file could take aprox. 20-30 minutes to download. We do not recommend dial-up users to download over a 20MB file. 

  3. When Do I Get An Email for My Purchase?

    • You should receive an email from our system within 5-10 minutes after completion of your order. The email will contain download links and passwords for each video you have ordered. If you do not receive an email within 30 minutes please submit a trouble ticket through guest services.

  4. Why Isn't My Order Completing?

    • If your credit card is denied by the bank you may need to call your card issuers bank and check for holds or online purchase restrictions. We do not accept American Express or Discover Card as a form of payment.

  5. What are my payment options?

    • Currently we only accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card. We are working with other investors for alternative payment methods for foreign currencies and electronic funds transfers.

  6. How Long Do I Have To Download My Video Clips?

    • There is no restriction on time. You are able to make 2 requests to download a single video clip. This is in case you lose internet connection on the first download attempt. After 2 download attempts you must contact support to have your password reset.

  7. How Do I View My Video Clips?

    • Each storefront owner creates their video clips with different formats. We recommend that you contact the storefront owner before purchasing a clip to make sure you have a compatible video player for their video clips. If you have problems we can test the video(s) you have purchased and recommend the proper viewer to you at no cost.

  8. How Do I Contact A Store Owner?

    • Most storefronts will have their email address located at the top of the page to ask questions or for special requests. If a storefront does not offer their email address and you are a customer of theirs, we can contact the storefront owner on your behalf. If you have general questions for a store owner we can also forward those requests on your behalf.

  9. What Happens If I Get Double Charges?

    • Use the PayPerClip Stores trouble ticket system to submit the information on your order and the overcharge amount. If it is an error on our behalf, we will correct it immediately and it should show up in 48 hours on your credit card.

  10. Can I Get A Refund On My Order?

    • Each storefront and the store policy both state clearly that we do not issue refunds for ANY purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order please submit a trouble ticket to us and we will investigate your claims to resolve any future problems. If you are not satisfied with your video clips please contact the storefront owner directly and they might be able to offer you a discount on a future order or a replacement video clip.
